With a background in Management from the United Methodist University, Hon. Toles has successfully diversified his business interests, culminating in the establishment of the Toles Group of Companies, where he once served as the Chief Executive Officer. Through his ventures, he has created job opportunities for over 40 Liberians.

Beyond his business acumen, Mr. Toles is known for his dedication to social reform and community development. He has initiated programs to empower young people in District #8, such as providing keh-kehs through a “work and pay” scheme and sponsoring vocational schools for women empowerment.
